Ages and Stages is a developmental monitoring tool for children ages 4 months through 5 years of age offered through the United Way of CT. Through the United Way of CT, Ages and Stages is only offered to CT residents, and is free of charge through The Help Me Grow Program. I've been doing this with my little ones for the past couple of years, and love it!
Sign up at the link below, and you will be mailed the Ages and Stages questionnaire every couple of months, age appropriate for your child. It includes questions regarding your child's communication, fine motor, gross motor, problem solving and personal social development. You will then be contacted by the Help Me Grow Program, and mailed age appropriate activities.
